Hesh,

The black is elegant and goes so well with the sides too.

Fabulous!

Hesh, I think I recognize that guitar. Isn't that an Estaban Master Class guitar that sales for about $199.00 plus shipping?

Just kidding! The guitar looks great. You should be proud. Let us know how it sounds strung up and show the finished product.

Bro!

I actually think a dark tortoise would look great. I believe the contrast
would be a nice touch, especially with the rosette. I'd do a small tear
drop guard.

Heh! You're kidding, right? Hasn't come close to boring yet!

Well, it looks great (as I expected!), and I bet it's going to sound that way, too. Thanks for the update!

Wow! Absolutely stunning! That beauty has 'Play me!' written all over!

I can't wait to see her and fondle her! (only on a guitar forum...)

Congratulations my friend on another fantastic addition to the Heshtone stable!

Regarding the pickguard... Make one out of the same tiger as the B&S!!

That is one beautiful guitar!!! It rivals any I’ve seen… no matter who the builder. You have made an amazing climb up the ladder in a few short years.

Way to go

Hesh, I had my doubts early on, but you pulled it off.

That looks just great. My favorite is the rosette against the black top...perfect. And Tony's work is, as usual, also perfect.

Yup Hesh, she looks stunning! Still, not something I would gravitate too, I am much too messy for a shining beaut like that! But it is a very classy execution of a great little guitar. I recieved my L-OO plans just today and will have another variant to show, probably in 2008 . I am not very fast!

Keep it up!

Shane

A WHITE NUT??? Sharpify that thing!

Exxxxxcellent work! That tiger really jumps out with the black top! That rosette is great looking! I'm really impressed!

When you put on the right nut, post another picture!

Looks super Hesh! I think that using Tiger for the pickguard is a great idea! What do you think?

It's impressive Hesh. I was in the anti-paint camp, but I must say it looks
cool.

I would agree with Billy on the black nut option. As for the pickguard, I think
if you could find a matte black pick guard it could look just enough "on
purpose" (as opposed to a clear or gloss black trying to pretend it wasn't
there) without standing out too much and it would somewhat match the
bridge and fretboard. Just a thought.

Again, well done!!!

Well Done Hesh,

I think the last picture shows the figure and colour well. Lovely continuity between the heel cap and backs. The mahogany also works well with the Tiger. If you are short on a piece of Tiger for a pick guardI might be able to help out.

regards

Tim

OOOH, I think a fossilized mammoth nut and bridge pins and saddle would be PERFECT for that guitar--imagine the brown/black colors matching the Tyger!!!!

Hesh,
On the pick guard, tiger wood be nice but how about a solid dark brown or another solid shade that matches the rosette? The idea is it would be less busy visually. You would not want to distract from the other elements.

Or just a clear one. I just love the pool of black!

Can't wait to see it strung..
